- save/copy your_name.key file to the folder, you've installed the program to. By default it is C:ProgramFilesPrivacyKeyboard;
- now open the program and click on "Register" button;
- if the file was copied correctly, you will see your_name.key on the left. Please double-click on it or just select the file (left-clicking once on it) and click 'Ok'.
-
What is White List? How to use it?
You can add the executive files (*.exe) of your trusted programs (including those, 3 mentioned modules belong to) to the White List of Privacy Keyboard™ (in Protection Policy menu). All the modules, belonging to added programs will be excluded from the influence of Privacy Keyboard™.

What are the differences between Privacy Keyboard™ and Anti-Keylogger™?
Both Anti-Keylogger™ and Privacy Keyboard™ protect your computer from keylogging and clipboard capturing. In addition to this, Privacy Keyboard™ guarantees the protection against screen capturing and hardware keyloggers (using its Virtual Keyboard). So, Privacy Keyboard turns out to be more functional.
-
Does PrivacyKeyboard™ remove keyloggers?
PrivacyKeyboard™ does not remove keyloggers from the system, but blocks their malicious activity keeping your data safe. Keyloggers might remain on your system but won't do any harm while the protection is switched on. We prefer not to delete malware for the following reason: nowadays malware gets more and more sophisticated; it integrates deeply into the kernel of your operating system and very often it is nearly impossible to get rid of it without seriously damaging your OS. So, we prefer blocking as the most easy and reliable means of protection.
-
Some programs don’t work after installation of PrivacyKeyboard™. What should I do?
It is possible that some modules belonging to those programs were blocked by Privacy Keyboard. Please see what modules are marked with red "X" in Auto-detected modules list of Protection Policy menu. Once you move the cursor to their names, you'll be shown their location. If you see by location that the module belongs to some legal program, you can unblock it clicking on it.
You can also add the .exe files of your trustful programs to the White List of PrivacyKeyboard™ to exclude these programs from its influence.
-
Does PrivacyKeyboard™ really protect from hardware keyloggers? How?
PrivacyKeyboard can really help you to avoid hardware keylogger interception. The program doesn't detect or block hardware keylogging devices (it is not possible to do by means of software yet), but it contains a unique module of protected Virtual Keyboard, which can be used to enter your most sensitive information (passwords, logins, credit card information etc.), being sure that it is safe. You can load Virtual Keyboard even before entering Windows, so that your account password remains safe as well.
-
Cannot get the Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P hotkey combination to activate the Virtual Keyboard.
Please do the following:
Start the program, go to Virtual Keyboard section of Options menu and make sure that «Hot key for pop-up window" is enabled. If you still have problems please try to choose another hotkey combination for Virtual Keyboard.
-
I forgot my password.
Sorry, but knowing the password is vital for reconfiguring or uninstalling our program. Much attention was paid to self-protection mechanisms and no backdoors were left in security of PrivacyKeyboard™.
Thus only a person who knows the password can remove the program or change important settings.

What are keyloggers? Advice Anti keylogger.
Basically there are two types of keyloggers: software-based and hardware-based ones. Software-based keyloggers are actually programs that intercept your keystrokes, mouse clicks, clipboard contents, URLs i.e. all the user activity. The hardware-based keyloggers are physical devices that are usually plugged somewhere between the keyboard and the PC itself and intercept keystrokes typed.
Our company has two products that can protect your PC form keyloggers. The first one is Anti-Keylogger™, that analyzes all the active modules on your PC and blocks the suspicious ones, thus it doesn't require any signature bases and, what is the most important, using the method of heuristic analysis it cam protect you from both known and unknown types of software-based keyloggers. Another product of ours is called Privacy Keyboard™. It has all the features of Anti-Keylogger™ implemented plus it grants you the antiscreenshoting protection and it also protects you from the hardware-based keyloggers by the means of Virtual Keyboard. All the programs have free trial versions available, so you are welcome to try them before making a purchase:
